I keep getting stuck before posting. I have a launch tomorrow and cannot turn the lesson into one clear action.

Smoke test

1. Open the extension popup.
2. Paste the fixture text and audience new Skool creators.
3. Click Create brief.
4. Confirm score, lane, reply angle, signals, and redaction checklist are visible.
5. Click Save, load the saved brief, then delete it.
6. Optional permission check: on a normal web page, select the fixture text, right-click, choose Create Pain Brief, and confirm the selected text appears in the extension page. The temporary selected text is cleared after it loads.

Expected permissions

The manifest requests contextMenus and storage. The extension has no host permissions, no content scripts, and no remote code.
