Skool Discovery Positioning Lens review steps

Smoke test

  1. Open the extension popup.
  2. Paste the fixture text.
  3. Enter category hint AI automation / Skool growth, visible members 9000, and price Free.
  4. Click Audit.
  5. Confirm score, dataset read, benchmark, risk flags, missing factors, rewrite checklist, and next experiment are visible.
  6. Click Save, load the saved audit, then delete it.
  7. Optional permission check: on a normal web page, select the fixture text, right-click, choose Audit Skool Positioning, and confirm the selected text appears in the extension page. The temporary selected text is cleared after it loads.

Expected permissions

The manifest requests contextMenus and storage. The extension has no host permissions, no content scripts, and no remote code.

Scope boundary

The output is a heuristic benchmark from a bundled May 7, 2026 public Discovery card snapshot. It is not affiliated with Skool and does not promise higher rank, traffic, revenue, or growth.
